Issue / Return Rules:

• Same book can be issued to a same student only two days after its submission.


• Fine beyond the due date is Rs. 1/- per day for the first 30 days and after that Rs. 2/- per day will be charged.


• Mail information may be sent to the staff for the renewal of the book.

• At the time of issue of the books, students/ staff have to ensure that the book is in good condition. At the time of return, no plea about its bad condition shall be accepted, if returned in damaged/disfigured condition. An Amount of Rs. 50/- towards binding cost will be charged.


• In case of book lost,
  Total fine = actual cost of the book + 10% * of the actual cost + 5% of cost (towards transportation) + late fine.
  * 10% actual cost of the book will be added annually.
  For example: if a book worth Rs. 500/- is lost. If the person is paying the amount after 3 years.
  Total amount: 500 + 150 + 25 + late fine, shall be paid the person.


• Books borrowed during the examination have to be returned within a week.


• Students should submit the books before they go to vacation. Gate pass will be issued to the students only after the submission of no dues from the library.
